Understand the importance of the olfactory sense: how to preserve, develop and restore it.

The olfactory sense is one of the first senses developed in newborns, but for many years it was considered too animal and was largely ignored.
In our current environment, the visual sense dominates the other senses. Many people have lost their olfactory instinct and need to relearn how to smell because to feel good, we need to use each of our senses in a balanced way.

Without reinforcement, the sense of smell can gradually diminish and almost disappear at an early age.
As we have observed in many schools, teachers say “Look!” “Listen!” or “Touch!” but rarely “Feel!”
